Delivery Information
  1. We ship Monday's to Friday's at our standard rates. Weekend or bank-holiday deliveries or collections will normally incur an extra cost.
  2. The majority of orders will be made available for collection/delivery within 4-6 weeks.
  3. We ship via insured carriers. However, should there be a valid reason for it, we reserve the right to choose an alternative method of shipping, and we will notify you of any price changes.
  4. We will not ship to PO box addresses.
  5. For each delivery address we require a corresponding land-line telephone.
  6. Should there be problems processing your order or payment we will send an email notification and the consignment will be held until a response is received.
  7. We will only ship complete orders, unless otherwise specified or requested. We will contact you immediately, should your order be delayed by a missing item from the manufacturer.
  8. All shipments are insured. We are not responsible for packages that are lost after delivery, the customer has responsibility after delivery.
